Roasting information

The DRAGO MOCAMBO coffee roasting company is a family business that has been roasting coffee beans for 3 generations by means of a drum, and since 1985 has stood for the best quality with great dedication.
DRAGO MOCAMBO roasts the beans with the drum between 16 and 18 minutes. In the original Italian stone oven, the aromas then come into their own.
In the oven, the temperature increases by 6 to 8 °C per minute, until the temperature of 215°C is reached. No additives are used.
