DRAGO MOCAMBO roasts the beans with the drum between 16 and 18 minutes. In the original Italian stone oven, the aromas then come into their own.
In the oven, the temperature increases by 6 to 8 °C per minute, until the temperature of 215°C is reached. No additives are used.
